Note: In some cases, in the above RACI Chart, “A” could replace “R” above, as essentially, even in the example given, Project Manager could be “A” for “Timeline” perhaps (so could Account Manager; ideally you would think that there would be an “A” and “R” for each task on the above team (and also maybe “C” and “I” accounted for with each too, to fulfill the acronym RACI), as there are some pretty high level roles listed, and in some cases there would be A/R for the same person, but as example did not do this I did not either.
